Mrs Heena Khanum
Heena Khanum - A technical subject expert and vastly experienced in teaching. She has completed Bachelors in technology (B.Tech) in textile technology with distinction from Govt. SKSJT Institute. Further completed her Masters in technology (M.Tech) in textile technology from Govt SKSJT Institute with University ranking- III under VTU. During UG, she presented a project paper 'Extraction and application of natural dyes' in Sasmira- a renowned technical textile magazine. She has been awarded a bronze medal for her PG project on 'Product Development of Blended casein knitted garment' by the National Design Research Forum (NDRF) organized by Indian Engineers Institution. the same paper was later published in Sasmira. She has qualified for PhD under VTU. She has 8 years of experience in teaching - 4 years of BSc and 4years of Engineering. She has guided several projects as well. She has been an examiner for VTU and other universities. Areas of teaching include Textile and Management subjects.
